Bring A Friend Week




Congratulations! You have a friend/family member who picked you to join them for the Best Hour of Their Day during our Bring A Friend Week. No experience is necessary; our coaches always customize the workouts for all of our members. Please fill out the form on the right and select the program(s) you are interested in attending with your friend. We will set up your complementary membership the Sunday prior to Bring A Friend Week, prompting you to complete our Athlete Waiver and allowing you got get set up on our Rail Stop Fitness App to sign up for classes 24 hours prior to class. We're excited to have you try us out!
