

8th Annual Rail Stop Intramural Open!
It’s time for our biggest, most fun event of the year!
For 4 weeks, Rail Stop athletes will team up, complete fun challenges, take on the CrossFit Open workouts, and finish with an epic Team Workout finale The winning team? Your Team Logo & Names will be immortalized on a banner at the top of the gym!
But it’s bigger than just fitness. We’re kicking things off with a team food drive to support the Fresh Start Center, our local food bank. Giving back + getting stronger… that’s what we do!
