Here at Rail Stop Fitness we use CrossFit as our fitness model for Group Classes because it works! We specialize in welcoming beginners and setting them up for success with our Beginner’s Course. In this course, our expert coaches take the time to teach you all the foundational movements—step by step. You’ll learn how to move safely, build confidence, and get comfortable in the gym before jumping into a regular class.

One of the most amazing things about CrossFit is how it’s tailored for everyone. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or someone stepping into a gym for the first time in years, our coaches are here to modify every workout to fit your needs. Struggling with push-ups? No problem—we’ve got variations for that. Nervous about lifting weights? We’ll start light and focus on perfecting your form.
